Defective And Dangerous Drug Injuries

Have you, or has a loved one, suffered from an adverse prescription drug reaction? Do you have recurring pain and disability as a result of hip or any other joint replacement surgery? Have you had Transvaginal Mesh placed in your body as a result of a hysterectomy?

Did you know that prescription errors and adverse drug reactions cause over 100,000 premature deaths a year in the United States? Doug Cloud has successfully represented victims of adverse prescription drug reactions. He also represents those injured by defective medical device products. Doug is currently accepting prescription drug and medical device cases for the following products:

  • Birth defects, cognitive problems, autism, Asperger’s and Autism Spectrum disorders in children whose mothers took a valproate medication during pregnancy, such as Depacon®, Depakote®, Depakote CP®, Depakote ER®, Depakene® and Stavzor®;
  • Diabetes in women who took Lipitor®, (generically known as Atorvastatin), which is used to help manage high cholesterol;
  • Liver damage after taking Tylenol®;

Many of the drugs and medical devices listed above have documented histories of serious, sometimes fatal complications. In some cases, the manufacturers of these products have paid or plan to pay billions of dollars to those who have been harmed by their defective products.
